Solarun

The Grid Fails. Your Power Shouldn't.

Solarun designs, installs, integrates, and supports solar, storage, and resilient power systems for homes, businesses, and public campuses—plus contracted electricity buyouts through an established Iranian VPP.

How we work in public

Trust is earned by showing the method: written loads, visible calculator assumptions, commissioning you can rehearse, and bilingual journeys for homes, businesses, and public campuses.

  • Engineering-led planning

We start with how your site uses power and which circuits must stay available—not a product slogan.

  • Transparent assumptions

Calculator ranges and planning notes show the inputs. Discovery markets receive education, not invented financial results.

  • Lifecycle support

Advisory, delivery, storage and controls, then asset care. Handover includes notes operators can actually use.

  • Bilingual journeys

Residential, commercial, and public-sector paths are published in English and Persian with the same structure—not a thin translation layer.

Planning tool

Home resilience estimator

Solarun’s live calculator explores backup ranges for the household loads you actually keep—lighting, refrigeration, communications—using visible assumptions for Iran. Results are ranges, not a quote and not a guarantee.

Example critical loads

Lighting, refrigeration, and connectivity are the usual starting set. Whole-home coverage is a later, explicit choice.

What you’ll need

A location in Iran, a backup-hours goal, and the loads you intend to keep.

Market is Iran. Location selects solar and tariff assumptions from the approved pack.

Used only to estimate energy use. Bill amounts are never stored in analytics.

Engineering

Advisory and engineering

Site assessment, load prioritization, and engineering packages that make resilience decisions readable before capital is committed.

  • A written map of the circuits that must stay available
  • Options compared against assumptions you can see
  • A decision brief before anyone orders hardware

Delivery

Turnkey deployment

Specification-to-commissioning delivery with documented handover for resilient solar and storage systems.

  • Specified equipment, not last-minute substitutes
  • Installation sequenced with site safety controls
  • Commissioning the operator can rehearse and sign

Storage and controls

Smart energy and storage

Storage, charging, monitoring, and VPP-ready controls integrated around prioritized loads—not around a gadget list.

  • Storage sized to the written load list
  • Backup order you can see and practice
  • VPP-ready controls only where contracts allow

Asset care

Asset care and upgrades

Operations, inspection, training, and upgrades across the system life—with written residual risk after every visit.

  • Planned inspection and seasonal review
  • Training for the people who live with the system
  • Upgrades recorded against residual risk

How does a virtual power plant work?

Solarun can intelligently coordinate compatible solar panels, batteries, household consumption, and the connection to the electricity grid. That coordination helps decide when solar should be used directly, when energy should be stored, and when the battery may support important household loads or eligible grid programs. Nothing here promises guaranteed savings, uninterrupted backup, or automatic grid participation.

Solar panels generate electricity that can serve household loads or charge a home battery. The battery may support selected loads. The home can still exchange electricity with the utility grid. Solarun software coordinates compatible devices over a separate digital control path; electricity does not flow through the software platform.

Solar panels generate electricity that can serve household loads or charge a home battery. The battery may support selected loads. The home can still exchange electricity with the utility grid. Solarun software coordinates compatible devices over a separate digital control path; electricity does not flow through the software platform.

What this can mean in practice

  • Better use of solar energy generated on site
  • More intelligent battery charge and discharge scheduling
  • Planning backup energy for important household loads
  • Optional participation in compatible, eligible grid programs

Actual functionality depends on installed equipment, equipment compatibility, your contract, location, grid conditions, and program availability.

Are English and Persian experiences equivalent?

Yes in capability: the same journeys, tools, and catalogue exist in both locales. Wording is independently localized, not pasted through a literal translator. Shared slugs keep translated pairs together.

Are the calculators using live market data?

Iran currently has a Full, versioned market pack (iran-full-2026.07) used by the home resilience and commercial continuity calculators. Other countries remain Discovery: educational content and consultation, without financial results. Calculator outputs are ranges with visible assumptions, not a design or a quote. “Live” is reserved for telemetry with a defined source—not for these estimators.

Can EV chargers stay on during backup?

Only if the shed plan says so. Charging often yields to refrigeration, IT, or life-safety loads. We write that choice down during smart-energy design.

Can the campus islanding demonstration run a real campus?

No. It is a labeled educational simulation on this website. Field islanding requires engineering, protection studies, and commissioning that cannot happen in a browser.
