How Solarun collects, uses, and retains information submitted through this website.
What we collect
When you submit a lead or contact form, we collect the details you provide (such as name, email, location, audience, and message), technical metadata needed for security (for example a hashed IP and user agent), and consent confirmation. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
We use form submissions to respond to inquiries, route leads to the correct Solarun team, improve service quality, and protect the site against abuse. Analytics events used on public pages are allowlisted and do not include raw search queries or calculator PII.
Retention
Lead form submissions are retained only for the configured operational window (default 365 days) and then deleted by an automated purge job. Operators may export records before purge when a legal hold applies.
