Solarun’s public site does not accept RFP packages. That is intentional. Start with contact, a campus walkthrough, and written questions: which buildings are critical, who owns islanding decisions, what evidence will be dated.
Ask how empty metrics are handled. The honest answer is process content, not invented megawatts.
