Engineering, VPP operations, and editorial review share one rule: a claim is public only when it is in-date, sourced, and approved. Expired wording is never shown as current.
Engineering
Owns load lists, design gates, and commissioning notes that operators can rehearse.
VPP operations
Owns eligibility, metering readiness, and contracted offtake—not browser demonstrations.
Evidence quality
Owns what may be published: certificates, metrics, and reviews stay draft until verified.
Editorial
Owns bilingual wording so English and Persian pages stay independently readable.
Named leadership profiles appear here only after editorial approval.
